Michelle Han

(President)

Hello! I’m Michelle, a senior at Granite Bay High School. I’ve participated in many math competitions including AIME and Math Prize for Girls, and I’ve received the MAA Young Women in Mathematics award. Aside from math, I enjoy playing tennis, reading webcomics and trying new desserts :) Through INTEGIRLS, I hope to help minimize the gender gap in math and foster a math-loving community for female & non-binary students!


Sanya Badhe

(President)

Hey! I’m Sanya, a senior at Lynbrook High. I’ve been doing competition math for 4 years now, and one thing I’ve always loved about it is that no matter the problem, there’s always a creative solution waiting to be found! I enjoy participating in math competitions such as AMC 10/12 and AIME, as well as other competitions like USACO and science olympiad. Other than math, I love binge-watching shows, reading, and especially running. Through INTEGIRLS, I hope that we can continue to build a community where girls and non binary students comfortable being grouped with girls can inspire each other, and most importantly, have fun!

Ryka Chopra

(Vice President)

Hi! I’m Ryka, a junior at Mission San Jose High School. I’ve been interested in STEM for a long time, and I have participated in math competitions such as AIME, Math Prize for Girls, USAJMO, and MathCounts. Aside from math, I also do competitive programming (specifically, USACO) and research and science competitions. I was the recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Award for Health Advancement at the 2021 Broadcom MASTERS and won first place in ACSEF 2023. Through INTEGIRLS, I hope to help inspire more young girls to study different fields in STEM. Outside of academics, I enjoy watching crime shows and sitcoms, reading, and composing music.

Akshita Dadi

Hi! I’m Akshita, a senior at Lynbrook High School. My passion for math has led me to participate in many math competitions such as AIME and Math Prize for Girls. I have also received the Maryam Mirzakhani Certificate of Excellence. Aside from math, I play soccer and the piano. Through INTEGIRLS, I hope to bridge the gender gap in math competitions as well as inspire girls to pursue different fields in STEM.

Anna Deng

(Operations Lead)

Hi! I’m Anna, a junior at BASIS Independent Silicon Valley. I’m very passionate about mathematics; I love solving problems, discovering elegant proofs, learning higher math, and seeing the applications of math everywhere. I’ve participated in numerous math contests like Math Prize for Girls and AIME and have been a part of summer programs such as the G2 Math Program and PROMYS. Through INTEGIRLS I hope to help foster an empowering math community for girls and nonbinary individuals while encouraging them to pursue and uncover the beauty of math! Besides math, I am a competitive figure skater and enjoy reading, talking, and thinking.

Junehee Lee

Hi! I’m Junehee, a senior at Valley Christian High School. I’ve been involved in the mathematics community since freshman year; I have participated in math competitions like AMC/AIME and also participate in any other contests I find interesting, and I have been to PROMYS (best summer!). Aside from math, I enjoy spending time with friends and listening to music. I love mathematics because of the different approaches you can take in a given topic, and I am excited to spread the joy and empowerment in the mathematics community for female and nonbinary students through INTEGIRLS!

Harini Penumuchu

Hello! I’m Harini, a senior at Foothill High School. I have been involved in math competitions since middle school, including AIME, MATHCOUNTS, and tournaments like Berkeley and Stanford Math Tournament. I also love physics and have taken part in competitions including F=ma and physics bowl. Aside from STEM, I love snowboarding, puzzles, reading a good book, and nature photography. I am so excited to help build an inspiring and uplifting community for female and nonbinary students in math through INTEGIRLS this year!

Dorothy Chrisman

Hi! I’m Dorothy, a senior at San Francisco University High School. I’ve enjoyed participating in math competitions like Mathcounts, AMC 10/12, and AIME and have had amazing experiences with fellow math lovers at programs like MMSS and HCSSiM. I particularly like abstract algebra and reading about clever proofs. Outside of math, I love to run, solve crossword puzzles, play violin, crochet, and bake. I’m super excited to be a part of INTEGIRLS and to help spread the joy and beauty of math to more female and nonbinary students!

Anika Rajaram

Hi! I'm Anika, a junior at the Harker School. I started doing competition math in middle school after being introduced to AoPS. Since then, I have participated in many competitions such as AIME and Math Prize for Girls. I also enjoy CS and science, and I have done USACO and Science Bowl. Through INTEGIRLS, I hope to inspire more girls to participate in math competitions and help them develop a passion for STEM. Outside of academics, I play competitive chess, golf and the violin.

Hi, I’m Anishka and I’m a rising senior at American High School. I’ve participated in many math and puzzle competitions such as INTEGIRLS and AIME. I’m very excited to be on the INTEGIRLS team again this year and help increase female participation in STEM. Aside from math, I love music, going to concerts, hanging out with friends, or reading.
